I have raced competitively for over ten years racing as a Cat 4 Master and sneaking in with the 1/2/3 regularly [due to my ability to handle my bike and being well-known, I was not seen as a problem racer] and mentored racers and riders alike for nearly as long.
As a Coach, I focus on both the physiological and psychological aspects of competition to strengthen the body and the mind. And, if I think an unconventional plan or action may benefit you, I'm not afraid to recommend it.
I continually work on my own training and education to better serve you and the cycling community as a whole. I also collaborate with local medical facilities, cycling coaches, chiropractors, physical therapists and massage and myofascial tissue therapists to provide the best possible services to you, my client.
